We do not submit claims to insurance for our service fees and do not use CPT codes. By signing up & requesting care, you understand that we do not & can not see Medicare or Medicaid covered patients and by proceeding you claim that you do not have any kind state funded insurance. Those with state funded insurance MUST be seen by their local in-person healthcare provider.
