Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Video Visit?
If you live in 🎥 DC, DE, ID, KS, MS, NM, VA, WI, or WV, you are REQUIRED to have a video visit. We will send you a link to schedule your visit as required by law to establish care.
If you are not in a video required state & would like a video visit I am happy to see you, otherwise we can continue care via secure chat.
For scheduling video visits, there are 3 of us to ensure you can be seen in a relatively timely manner.
Do you prescribe ivermectin?
I follow the FLCCC guidelines for ivermectin prescribing.
➡️🗣 IVERMECTIN INFORMATION:
Despite great research results and patient outcomes, this medication (ivermectin) is not yet FDA-approved for COVID-19 treatment. Therefore, retail pharmacies will NOT fill IVM for COVID-19, nor will insurance cover it.
Also, providers who are willing to prescribe are being severely criticized for doing so, even though it is perfectly legal, and patients have the right to treatment! For these reasons, all IVM prescriptions will be sent through a compound pharmacy. If you select a local pharmacy, it will be changed by me before prescribing. I am willing to continue to prescribe but NOT to retail pharmacies. PLEASE DO NOT ASK. It is a hassle for you, the patient, and for me as well- making it difficult to see all of my patients in a timely manner. Then let me know, and I will cancel your request so you do not get charged, and you can seek help from an in-person provider.
I have NO association with pharmacies I send the medication to other than ensuring they will fill and ship the prescription to your home. I have found that these pharmacies have committed to continue filling prescriptions for my patients. I am being transparent: The pharmacies do not accept insurance. It will be out of pocket. Unfortunately, this is the result of retail pharmacies getting in between the “patient-provider” relationship. ~ It is also not covered by insurance for a COVID-19 diagnosis.
How much does it cost?
Our provider fee for each visit is $99 (+ PUSH Health processing fees). We also offer compounded medications, lab work, Prior Authorizations ($75 fee), and more.
