Do I need a Video Visit?
If you live in 🎥 DC, DE, ID, KS, MS, NM, VA, WI, or WV, you are REQUIRED to have a video visit. We will send you a link to schedule your visit as required by law to establish care.
If you are not in a video required state & would like a video visit I am happy to see you, otherwise we can continue care via secure chat.
For scheduling video visits, there are 3 of us to ensure you can be seen in a relatively timely manner.
Do you prescribe ivermectin?
Yes, we prescribe ivermectin for its FDA-approved uses and alternative therapies where appropriate. We evaluate each case individually to ensure safe and effective treatment tailored to your needs.
How much does it cost?
Our provider fee for each visit is $99 (+ PUSH Health processing fees). We also offer compounded medications, lab work, Prior Authorizations ($75 fee), and more.
COVID-19 Reccomendations-
Prevention Recommendations:
Vitamin D3 1,000–3,000 IU/day
Vitamin C 500–1,000mg 2 x daily
Quercetin 250mg/day
Zinc 50mg/day (elemental zinc)
Melatonin 6mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness)
Treatment Recommendations:
Vitamin D3: 4000 IU‘s per day
Vitamin C: 2000mg 2 to 3 times per day
Quercetin: 250mg twice a day
Zinc: 100mg per day
Melatonin: 10mg before bed
Aspirin 81mg daily, if not already on a blood thinner
Please remember to stay hydrated. For worsening symptoms such as shortness of breath, ongoing or extreme fatigue, etc., please seek Emergency medical treatment.
My medication is on hold at the pharmacy, and it needs information from my provider.
Call your pharmacy and ask if they are requesting a Prior Authorization (PA). If they have already sent the request to us, please reach out to us as we do not automatically send every PA request from pharmacies. We need specific information from you before submitting a PA.
