What is asynchronous messaging telehealth and how does it work?
Asynchronous messaging telehealth lets you send symptoms, questions, and photos any time via secure chat. Our hand-selected team reviews, replies, and forwards pertinent info to our providers. Video visits remain available upon request or when legally required.
Messaging your provider with general questions is always free. You’re only charged our $99 consultation fee (+ PUSH Health processing fees), totaling about $117.95, if a prescription or formal treatment plan is issued.
Yes. For symptoms like fever, sore throat, or flu-like signs, your provider assesses your condition via messaging or video. If you need prescriptions or lab orders, we send them electronically—no office visit required.
Just message us and ask for our video visit availability. We will send you a booking link with our availability so you can choose a convenient time for you.
Absolutely. Message us with your medication details and we’ll process refills as appropriate —no controlled substances. Prescriptions are transmitted electronically to your chosen pharmacy without delay.
Yes. We can order labs for $25 (+ PUSH Health processing fees). You’ll get electronic orders to visit a certified lab near you—no office visit needed.
Yes. Your provider offers discreet UTI treatment via messaging or video. Simply share your symptoms, and we’ll prescribe antibiotics to your pharmacy–if appropriate.
Yes—our providers evaluate STIs, manage birth control, and address vaginal or erectile health concerns. Message your symptoms—we’ll do the rest, including any needed prescriptions.
We don’t bill insurance for visits—our $99 consultation fee keeps pricing transparent. You may use insurance when filling prescriptions at any pharmacy that accepts your plan.
We’re licensed in all 50 states. Due to recent telehealth law changes, we are not currently seeing patients in Mississippi.
We normally respond within two hours or less. Video visits are scheduled based on availability.
Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and internet connection. No special software—your secure video link opens in any browser.
Once your lab processes the tests, results are sent to us for review. After we review them, we send you secure notifications with your results and explain next steps.
Yes. We offer virtual weight-management consultations. After your assessment, your provider prescribes and sends medication orders to your pharmacy for pickup–if appropriate.
For true emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest ER. For urgent but non-emergency concerns after hours, message us—our team will reply by the next business morning.
